Ensure the effective use of attendance data to raise attendance rates for specific groups of learners including learners who are vulnerable and eligible for FSM
Use data effectively to raise attendance to 92%, close gaps for FSM and ALN learners, and target vulnerable groups.
Ensure consistent provision for ALN learners and closely monitor progress so that everyone has full access to their education
Clear structures, targeted interventions, and staff training to ensure inclusive access and progress.
Raise the standard of teaching across the school including;
Ensuring timely and purposeful feedback to learners and an appropriate challenge to all abilities through effective differentiation
Provide purposeful opportunities for learners to apply their numeracy skills in more complex contexts across the curriculum
Provide opportunities for learners to apply numeracy in complex, real-world contexts (e.g., problem-solving, data handling).
Strengthen the writing skills of the learners specifically writing accuracy
Focus on linguistic accuracy and subject-specific vocabulary, reducing reliance on English in Welsh-medium context
