Children Services department<\/li>\n<li>Other local authorities<\/li>\n<li>The NHS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following types of personal data are obtained:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unique Pupil Number<\/li>\n<li>Pupil ID<\/li>\n<li>Contact details for you and your child<\/li>\n<li>Your family\u2019s composition<\/li>\n<li>Language ability<\/li>\n<li>Education details<\/li>\n<li>Images\/photographs<\/li>\n<li>Information about your child\u2019s health<\/li>\n<li>Your child\u2019s racial or ethnic origin<\/li>\n<li>Religious or philosophical beliefs in faith schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Transferring information abroad<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Personal data about you and your child will not be transferred outside the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Who has access to the information we use?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We share pupil information with the following recipients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carmarthenshire County Council<\/li>\n<li>Welsh Government<\/li>\n<li>Other schools<\/li>\n<li>Education through Regional Working regional consortium<\/li>\n<li>Hywel Dda University Health Board<\/li>\n<li>Alps and Fisher Family Trust who analyse pupil data for the School<\/li>\n<li>Learner Record Service<\/li>\n<li>Careers Wales<\/li>\n<li>Examination bodies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Capita, who provide our Management Information System can have access to personal data when they carry out maintenance work on the system.<\/p>\n<p>Information relating to our pupils is also hosted by Ceredigion County Council on Carmarthenshire County Council\u2019s Management Information System.<\/p>\n<p>There are other specific situations where we may be required to disclose information about you, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Where the Council is required to provide the information by law<\/li>\n<li>Where disclosing the information is required to prevent or detect a crime<\/li>\n<li>Where disclosure is in the vital interests of the person concerned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> How long we will keep personal data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We keep personal data in accordance with guidelines published by the Information &amp;
